ep333 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ep333 platform shall first be referred to ep333 customer support for resolution through the platform's internal complaints procedure. ep333 aims to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to pursue resolution through lawful means. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
